The goal of Texas Family Eyecare is to provide comprehensive family eye care and quality eyewear to enhance the beauty of life for all our patients. At Texas Family Eyecare we strive to add a personal touch to your experience at our office and provide convenience to all our patients.
Dr. Jodie West graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry with Clinical Honors in 2001. Dr. West participated in additional rotations for further training in ocular health at the West Palm Beach VA in South Florida and also Visual Health Surgical Center in Boca Raton, Florida. Since returning to Texas in 2001, she and her husband, Jim, are currently residing in Round Rock.
Dr. West is currently involved in Central Texas Optometric Society and is a member of the American Optometric Association. Through these societies Dr. West has been able to volunteer her time with efforts to help those in need, such as those displaced by Hurricane Katrina in need of eye care needs. She is currently supporting the local high schools in their fundraisers. She is active in volleyball, softball, and mountain biking in her spare time.
